1. Initial Consultation & Requirements Analysis
We discuss your product – variants, technical requirements, quantities, timelines, and your quality and cost objectives. Together we define framework conditions such as material, tolerances, standards, and delivery environment, and review existing drawings and CAD data – confidentially, purposefully, and in partnership.
2. Offer & Feasibility Review
We structure and review your documents, drawings, and requirements. Together we identify “nice-to-have” and “must-have” features and contribute cost-saving insights from our experience. Based on this, we develop options and assess their impact on quality, timing, and overall cost. Your data is handled in compliance with data-protection standards, and we select the most suitable manufacturing partner from our certified network – providing a transparent, non-binding quotation.
3. Industrialisation & Sampling
We perform the detailed tool design and final process coordination with you. All agreed inspection features and requirements are documented in our quality records. The outcome: first-out-of-tool samples, including material and test reports, serving for validation and final approval before ramp-up. In parallel, the logistics concept – covering packaging, transport, and storage – is defined and implemented.
4. Series Production & Delivery Management
The goal of this phase is to ensure stable delivery performance throughout the entire lifecycle. We focus on seamless order processing and close coordination between customer and astria teams across purchasing, logistics, and engineering. Serial quality control – defined during industrialisation – guarantees consistent results. Continuous delivery monitoring, change and claim management, and ongoing cost optimisation ensure a reliable, transparent, and fully documented supply chain.

This phase is dedicated to sustainable optimisation and continuous improvement.
