Business Development Manager (m/f/d) Field Sales for the DACH Region

Your Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers within the DACH region
  • Monitoring market developments and identifying new business opportunities
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Technical consulting and preparation of customer-specific quotations
  • Achievement of sales targets and annual agreements
  • Active participation in trade fairs, conferences, and seminars
  • Administrative and organizational tasks related to logistics and supply management

Your Profile

  • Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, FH or TU)
  • Ideally several years of experience in field sales and/or project management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a confident, engaging manner
  • Distinct sales personality with enthusiasm for customer acquisition and business growth
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 50%)
  • Proficient in MS Office, valid driving license (Class B)
  • Personal qualities such as loyalty, long-term thinking, and a high level of commitment
